First, register for an account, shop for what you need and once you are done, click “view cart” to check on your selection. Once you are certain about the items in your “cart”, please go to checkout. You will be directed to PayNow or credit card payment. Once payment is done, you will receive an order confirmation via email and we will be processing your order.

With a minimum order of S$100, Singapore delivery is free. For orders below S$100, a delivery charge of S$10 will apply.

At the login page, click on “Forgot password” to reset your password. A new password will be sent to your email address.

We are sorry that we do not provide tracking number. Nevertheless, we will contact or email you to notify you of the delivery date.

You can change your delivery address if your order has not been dispatched. Please contact us to make the change. Any change after the order has been dispatched will incur a S$10 fee.

We will inform you in advance of the delivery schedule. If you are not at home for your delivery, please allow us to leave the items at your door. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge you a re-delivery fee of S$10.

Each delivery note that is attached to the order will state the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery note to make sure you are not missing anything. Please contact us if there is any missing item.
